| Crown |
|
|
A crown is also sometimes called a cap. This
treatment is recommended when a tooth is fractured,
severely damaged by decay or when the restoration
already present is much too large to withstand
normal chewing function. A crown can be made from
several different materials. Full porcelain is a
popular and very natural looking choice. Crowns will
strengthen and protect the remaining tooth. The
procedure takes 2 visits to complete and you will
wear a temporary crown between visits.

| Bridges |
|
|
A missing tooth can have a great impact on your
dental health as well as your appearance. When a
tooth is missing the remaining teeth can drift out
of position which can change the bite, lead to a
loss of additional teeth, decay and gum disease. The
placement of a bridge will prevent these problems. A
bridge can replace one or more teeth and is anchored
by crowns on each side. This is fixed in the mouth
and is not removable. This procedure will take 2
visits, during this time a temporary bridge will be
in place.

| Tooth-Colored Fillings |
|
|
Dark silver fillings use to be the only alternative
to restoring areas of decay. Now tooth colored
fillings provide a natural and aesthetically
pleasing result. Bonding materials have cosmetic
properties that are unsurpassed. These fillings fit
very well by building up the material in layers, and
curing as we go. This allows the bond to the inner
portion of the tooth. This filling actually
strengthens the tooth structure and leaves you with
the look of no filling at all.

| Dentures |
|
|
When it comes to dentures there are choices to make
that assure your denture is not only functional, but
natural looking. Given new denture materials and
fabricating techniques, we can make a denture fit
well, function closer to natural teeth and look
great. Dentures can be done with or without implants
depending on the individual needs. With attention to
detail we can fabricate a denture to bring vitality
back to your smile.
